Calcium Phosphate - helps to re-mineralize tooth enamel
Calcium Carbonate – mild abrasive to gently clean teeth
Bromelain - enzyme from pineapples being less abrasive, helping to remove stains on enamel
Papain - enzyme from papaya being less abrasive, helping to remove stains on enamel
Arrowroot – plant starch that helps to fight sensitivity
Natural mint flavor – provide a fresh and clean mouthfeel

Instructions
Crunch - place one TOOTH BITS®️ whitening tablet into your mouth and chew for 5-10 seconds, forming a paste.
Brush - dampen your toothbrush and, using the paste in your mouth, brush your teeth as you normally would.  Spit out the paste and rinse.
Smile - now enjoy clean, whiter teeth and a fresh feeling.
