Calcium Carbonate – mild abrasive to gently clean teeth
Arrowroot – plant starch that helps to fight sensitivity
Dicalcium Phosphate – helps to re-mineralize tooth enamel
Inulin – prebiotic plant fiber to feed the healthy bacteria maintaining the oral microbiome
Natural Flavors – provide a fresh and clean mouthfeel
Sodium Cocoyl-Isethionate – helps to create foam to remove debris from your teeth

Instructions
Crunch - place one TOOTH BITS®️ into your mouth and chew for 5-10 seconds, forming a paste.
Brush - dampen your toothbrush and, using the paste in your mouth, brush your teeth as you normally would. Spit out the paste and rinse.
Smile - now enjoy clean teeth and a fresh feeling.

Customer I definitely liked that they required less water than regular toothpaste. That is more convenient when you’re on trail hiking and backpacking. I enjoyed the mint flavor the most but was pleasantly surprised that the berry was very good too!
